Andy Redmon

LEED AP
Senior Associate | Director of Preconstruction

Andy joined EskewDumezRipple in the Fall of 2013, bringing with him six years of construction experience in operations and estimating. In addition to his role as a construction administrator, he is simultaneously engaged with both the Quality Assurance and Quality Control aspects of a project, overseeing and coordinating architectural and consultant documents. He has been key to several commercial business and urban placemaking projects within the firm, including the coworking space The Shop at the CAC and the Convention Center Linear Park.

Andy has always been fascinated by building technologies, exploring new ways to make the design and construction process more streamlined and efficient. This includes working with our staff to incorporate cost estimating into the design process, with the goal of keeping projects within budget.

Forever a student, Andy maintains an Ashtanga yoga practice, where he will likely remain in the Primary Series for the foreseeable future. He lives in Mid-City with his wife, where they attempt an improbable mission each year to grow enough food to cook one meal.
