Collaborate with design team in development of design from concept through completion of construction.
Responsible for execution of projects working with a Project Manager.
One to five years of experience in a design focused role.
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
LEED certification is preferred.
Revit proficiency is required.
Excellent collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong conceptual design and idea origination skills.
Ability to develop drawings, 3D models, and other design deliverables.
Ability to budget time to meet deadlines.
Has all legal permits and visas required to work in the USA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and strong team-oriented people skills; must be able to articulate BIM concepts and practices to all levels of design team.
