Chance joins EskewDumezRipple's New Orleans office as our Design Technology Manager, bringing over a decade of experience as an architect working across education, healthcare, sports, cultural, civic, and high-end residential design. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, Chance gained expertise in a variety of digital tools like AutoCAD and Revit, while advancing his skills in design technology through projects involving augmented reality, 3D printing, and computational design.

Throughout his career, Chance has combined his deep architectural knowledge with cutting-edge technology to help firms deliver innovative, sustainable, and impactful projects. He views architecture as a bridge between people and place, believing that design must be both creative and meaningful. Valuing breadth over specificity, Chance embraces new technologies to solve complex problems in elegant, thoughtful ways. His approach places people at the forefront, with tools as enablers of greater design outcomes.
