Regina Davis
AIA, LEED AP, LEED BD+C
Project Architect
Regina joins our DC office as an accomplished architect with a background in design and project management. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture, receiving the Faculty of Architecture Award for Design Excellence, and later obtained her Master’s in Architecture from Tulane University, where she received the AIA Certificate of Merit.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Regina was inspired by her father, a mechanical engineer, and her mother, a master seamstress. This creative upbringing led her to a career in architecture, where she blends technical skills with creative passion. She previously worked at VMDO Architects and TrapolinPeer Architects, leading projects in higher education and affordable senior housing, notably the renovations of Annunciation Inn and Nazareth Inn.
Regina has been actively involved in AIA New Orleans and AIA Louisiana, holding leadership roles and securing the 2022 AIA Louisiana Emerging Professional Achievement Award. Her design philosophy emphasizes affordable and accessible design, and she is passionate about creating inspirational learning spaces.
Outside the office, Regina enjoys reading, sewing, and participating in the Krewe of Chewbaccus and Krewe of Iris. She also loves exploring the culinary scene in DC and Virginia.
