Designer

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in both Memphis and Dallas, Roshell attended Howard University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Design Studies and her Master of Architecture. She received the 2024 ARCC King Student award for her thesis on Amphibious Community Design and also conducted research on the Spatial Impacts of Intergenerational Black Trauma and Radical Healing. Roshell also acquired her WELL AP certification, further showing her commitment to health and wellness within the design industry.

Roshell's design philosophy centers around the harmony between the social, built, and natural environments; with each project, she seeks to create that harmony. A native of New Orleans, she finds joy in contributing to projects that positively impact her community. She looks forward to expanding her skills and knowledge during her tenure with our firm.

Outside of work, Roshell enjoys biking, hiking, running, snowboarding, rock climbing, and spending time with loved ones. On calmer days, she likes to watch a good show and practice sewing.
