Our new studio prioritizes collaboration and adaptability, with an open layout that encourages interaction while offering areas for focus and privacy. Workstations are positioned near windows to maximize access to daylight, promoting both comfort and productivity.

Social spaces—including a café-style all-hands area—foster a welcoming, hospitality-inspired atmosphere. Phone booths provide convenient, private spaces for calls and virtual meetings, supporting the demands of a hybrid work environment.

The design highlights the building’s industrial character, with exposed brick, steel, and natural wood creating a warm, tactile backdrop. Muted, understated workspaces allow the architecture to take center stage, while social areas feature more layered, inviting finishes. Throughout, the material palette reflects a commitment to simplicity, authenticity, and craftsmanship, offering a blank yet comfortable canvas that lets our daily design work shine.

In line with our commitment to health and wellness, we are pursuing WELL Certification through the International WELL Building Institute. This globally recognized standard helps organizations demonstrate their dedication to well-being by achieving the highest pinnacle of health achievement for their buildings. Our studio’s enhanced air quality, access to daylight, and wellness amenities reflect this commitment, creating a healthier, more inspiring environment for our team.

The new space also reflects insights gained from rigorous staff feedback and testing, ensuring it meets the daily needs of our team. Because our team consists of industry-leading designers and creatives, the process offered meaningful introspection into the current standard of working within an architectural firm. The expanded dirty and clean shops support both hands-on model-making and digital fabrication, including 3D printing—underscoring our belief in blending traditional and contemporary methods of practice.

As we settle into our new home, we look forward to sharing more about the space—its design, performance, and the inspiration it brings to our team.
